Our IP core licensing options are designed to provide flexibility and scalability to meet your project needs
We offer two distinct license types tailored to different use cases
Single Product License
Scope: This license covers one FPGA or ASIC design for a single product, which could be defined as a custom IC, a board, or a complete system that includes an FPGA or ASIC.

Scope: This license covers one FPGA or ASIC design for a single product, which could be defined as a custom IC, a board, or a complete system that includes an FPGA or ASIC.
Usage:
- The design can be used to tape-out one ASIC, with unlimited production of the ASIC parts.*
- Alternatively, the design can be used to program an unlimited number of FPGA parts.
Modification Policy: Any modifications or alterations to the design are considered new designs and will require a separate license.
Single Project License
Scope: This license allows unlimited use of the IP core within a single project at one company site. A project is defined as a specific electronic unit or instrument, such as those used in spacecraft.
Additional Information for Both License Types:
Royalties: Applicable to all processors and major IP cores, with royalties charged only for flight models.
Maintenance: Both licenses include one year of maintenance. A maintenance period signifies receiving upgrades and feature additions done within the licensed IP cores.
Optional Add-ons:
- Technical Support: One year of technical support (up to 40 hours) can be purchased separately.
- Extended Maintenance and Support: Available annually for an additional fee.
