Several flight-grade configurations are available:

• The GR740 in ceramic package, qualified to QML Class V and Class Q standards, is available in both ceramic column grid array (CCGA) and Ceramic Land Grid Array (CLGA) packages.
• The GR740 in organic substrate (plastic moulded) package (PBGA) under two different screening flows:
  • ECSS-Q-ST-60-13C class 2 screening and Lot acceptance Tests, covering the temperature range from -40°C to +110°C
  • ECSS-Q-ST-60-13C optimized class 2 screening and class 2 Lot acceptance tests, covering the temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.

We provide various compilers and operating systems and a flight qualified boot loader (GRBOOT and GRBOOT standby).  Moreover, also other flight-qualified software solutions support the GR740: see the dedicated webpage.

TSIM-GR740 is a cycle-accurate simulator, proving a high precision quad-core model for GR740 with bus contention and inter-processor effects modeled on a per instruction level. The simulator also provides support for I/O and memory emulation, including SDRAM, PROM and caches.

‍GRMON is a debug tool, optimized for the GR740 and providing a non-intrusive debug environment. It provides execution control with support for multiple CPUs and OS threads.

The GR740 SBC is a reference design for a single-board computer based on the GR740 and the Microchip RTG4 radiation-tolerant FPGA. The  reference design data package consists of schematics and other design files required for developing a single-board computer for flight.
